Shipping policy

We deliver orders across Pakistan through our courier partner PostEx. Once an order is confirmed, it is usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery time depends on the destination city and typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are handled according to PostEx procedures. If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses to accept the parcel, PostEx may attempt re-delivery or return the shipment to us. In such cases, delivery and return charges will be borne by the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, strikes, or incorrect/incomplete delivery information provided by the customer. Customers are required to ensure their phone number and address are accurate and reachable at the time of delivery.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
